Dr. Jeffrey Tilley is nationally prominent in the area of mesoscale meteorological modeling with prior research applications extending from surface transportation to chemical / biological transport and presently leads the Institute's ensemble modeling efforts. Dr. Tilley received his Ph.D. in Meteorology from the Pennsylvania State University in 1990, and his B.S. from the same institution in1984. Dr. Tilley is currently the Research and Technology Transfer Scientist in the Regional Weather Information Center (RWIC) in support of the Center's research efforts associated with the Army High Performance Computing Research Center (AHPCRC).
